Raina’s journey in the cleaning industry began in 2008 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, before she moved back to NYC. In 2012, she became one of the first cleaners HomeJoy onboarded during its launch in NYC. It was during this time that Raina discovered her true passion and talent for cleaning.

 

After Homeaglow shut down in 2014, Raina’s 5-star reviews caught the attention of Handy, and she was hired on the spot, solidifying her position as a cleaning specialist.

Every client of Raina’s Vip Cleaning receives VIP Tailored services, where Raina often makes personalized suggestions to improve the space beyond just the cleaning. To ensure the highest level of hygiene, Raina uses customized cleaning kits to prevent cross-contamination and applies eco-friendly products that leave spaces sanitized and smelling fresh.

Booking Policy

Please take note of the following important information:

 

- To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we need a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations outside of this window will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

- A 50% deposit is required upon booking, and the remaining balance must be paid before the cleaning technician arrives. Deposits are non-refundable.

- Clients have up to 60 days to schedule their cleaning appointment after payment.

- Clients must have a working vacuum cleaner available for the cleaning technician to use.

- We do not clean pet/human feces, and we do not service homes with pest issues or provide insect cleaning services.
