Thank you for choosing RainasVipCleaning. We have reserved the appointment time exclusively for you and kindly ask for a 48-hour cancellation notice, or as much notice as possible if you cannot keep the appointment. We are happy to reschedule, but it will depend on availability. Cancellations outside the 48-hour time frame will incur a 50% cancellation fee, with the remainder refunded to the original payment form. Here are a few important points to note: 1. 50% of the deposit is due at the time of booking, and the remaining balance must be paid before the cleaning technician arrives. Please note that deposits are non-refundable. 2. After payment, you have up to 60 days to schedule your cleaning appointment. We encourage you to do this as soon as possible to secure your preferred date and time. 3. For safety reasons, all clients are required to have a safe, reliable, working vacuum cleaner available for the cleaning technician to use during each service. 4. We do not clean pet or human feces. 5. We do not service homes with pest issues or provide insect cleaning services. By booking our services, you agree to these terms. Booking Policy

- To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we need a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations outside of this window will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
